Hopefully you have found all the answers to your questions throughout the website and within the contents of our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Here is a snapshot of our most frequently asked questions and answers.

When will my order be dispatched?
It will take 3-5 days to process and dispatch your order. Items will be sent by either Royal Mail or a courier within the UK. Please allow a further 5 days for delivery following your dispatch confirmation email.
International shipping will take longer and will need to be quoted by us.

What are the delivery costs?
For smaller items being delivered in the UK, postage is calculated and confirmed during the online checkout process.
For larger items or international shipping, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to provide a quote.

Can you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, you will need to contact us regarding a shipping price quote prior to ordering.
Please note you will be responsible for paying all taxes and duties and other fees involved with shipping outside the UK.

Can items be returned?
If items ARE damaged or incorrect - Please contact us so we can discuss any issues and hopefully a solution. We will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs, as long as the item is returned with 14 days and is unused and in its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged it should be packed in a manner that will ensure it is safely shipped back to us.
If items are NOT damaged or are NOT incorrect - We require notification within 7 days of receipt of goods that you want to return the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, in its original packaging. Following the return we will refund the price for the item but NOT the shipping costs. We can only provide a refund if the item is undamaged and unused upon return.

The refund will be credited to the card or account which was used to purchase the item.

Can I pay in installments?
We are happy to discuss payment by instalments.
The dates and payment amounts will be agreed in advance via email.
Any shipping costs will be added to the first instalment, and once this amount has been paid, then we will ship the item to you.
You will only own the item when ALL the payments have been made in full.

If you fail to pay any of the instalments by the agreed date, then upon request you must return the item immediately to us.
We will then refund any advanced payments, provided that the item is not damaged in any way.
If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to recover the full price of the item.
